Location and staff - everything was good. The room was huge with balcony and had an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV. The hotel of choice in Palma de Mallorca.

There were very good staff and rooms for an amazing stay on the last two nights of our stay. We enjoyed the room with lovely terrace over the quadrangle, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The venue overall was understated, however it had second to none location and staff. A wide range of food at the breakfast, I really enjoyed pastries and meats.
There was a very uncomfortable bed.
